・商品、商品の改変データを使った作品の出版、支援サービスやコミッションでの利用
△相談してほしいこと
・改変データの再配布（無料・商用ともにお願いします）
・クレジットの無表記
・使用目的が規約に反さないか不安な時
×やってはいけないこと
・当データをそのまま再配布（無料・商用ともにダメです）
・政治、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での使用
・自作発言
・公序良俗に反する利用
◆クレジット表記について
・使用した際は説明欄などに『ぴケの創作屋さん』もしくは『ぴケ』が制作したことがわかるように表記してください。
『Pike』だと他の方と被ってしまう可能性があるので、できれば『ぴケ』でお願いします。
・リンクを貼るのは任意ですが、していただけると嬉しいです。
《VRchatやClusterなどのメタバースや、VTuber活動のメイン衣装で商品を使いたい場合》
キャラ、アバターやチャンネルの説明欄にクレジットを書くか、質問されたときにぴケの名前を出して頂ければ問題ありません。
写真を投稿する際はクレジットを付けてください。
《センシティブコンテンツへの利用》
性的描写・暴力描写共に利用規約に反さなければ、基本的に使用して頂いて構いません。
クレジット表記も他の利用目的同様に記載してください。
各サービスやコミュニティにおいてルールや制限がある場合は、そちらを優先してください。

◆About credit notation
・Please write in the explanation column or other places that it was produced by “ぴケの創作屋さん（Pike’s Creative Shop）” or “ぴケ/Pike” when you use it.
・The link is optional, but we would appreciate it if you could link to our website.
《If you want to use the product in a metaverse such as VRchat or Cluster, or in the main costume of your VTuber activity》
If you write the credit in the description section of your character, avatar or channel, or mention Pike’s name when asked, it’s no problem.
Please give credit when submitting photos.
《Use for sensitive content》
Basically, you may use sexual descriptions and violent descriptions as long as they do not violate the terms of use.
Please include a credit statement in the same manner as for other purposes of use.
If there are rules or restrictions in each service or community, please give priority to those rules or restrictions.
《商品を３Dアバター以外に使用したい場合》
〇ご自由にやって良いこと
・無料版デザイン、有料版デザイン共に自由に使っていただいて構いません。
・基本的に常識の範囲内であればご利用いただけます。
△相談してほしいこと
・使用したキャラクターの配布（無料・商用ともにお願いします）
・使用目的が規約に反さないか不安な時
・ぴケの商品を使わずに当商品のデザインを使用したキャラクターの３Dアバターを作りたい場合
×やってはいけないこと
・デザインをそのまま再配布（無料・商用ともにダメです）
・政治、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での使用
・自作発言
・公序良俗に反する利用
●背景・アイテムとして描写したい場合
クレジットの記入は任意ですので、質問されたときにぴケの名前を出してください。
●キャラクターデザインをメインにした描写をしたい場合
クレジットの記載をしてください。
●自分のオリジナルキャラクターなどのメイン衣装として使いたい場合
キャラクターの紹介欄などにクレジットを記載して頂ければ問題ありません。
《If you want to use your product as something other than a 3D avatar》
〇Free use.
・Both the free and paid versions of the design may be used freely.
・Basically, you can use it as long as you use common sense.
△What we would like to ask you to do
・Distribution of characters used.（both free of charge and commercial use）
・If you are unsure whether the purpose of use does not contravene the terms of use.
・If you want to create a 3D avatar of a character using our design without using Pike’s product.
× What you must not do.
・Redistribute the design as is.（whether free of charge or for compensation）
・Use for the purpose of political or religious activities or defamation of others.
・Self-created statements.
・Use contrary to public order and morals.
●If you wish to depict it as a background or item
Filling in the credits is optional, so please give Pike’s name when asked.
●If you want to portray a character design as the main focus
Credit notation required.
●If you want to use it as the main costume for your own original character, etc.
Please indicate credits in the character’s introduction section or elsewhere.

・If you use my work, please indicate in the description box that it was created by ‘Pike’, or provide a link to the original post, your SNS ID, etc.

他のファンに対して「それ、利用規約に反してない？」と思ったときは攻撃せず、私に知らせてください。
